I tried uploading it three times. How is it getting corrupted and how do I fix it?

Probably something to do with your FTP program. Have you tried publishing the form to S-Drive?

I don't even know how to use S-Drive. I use Filezilla for FTP.

Could the problem be that I recently downloaded the newest version of the software but opened and edited a saved file created with an older version of the software???

I don't think so. If you want to open a support ticket and send us your .fb file, we can look into it for ya.

Try reinstalling Form builder.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I have about ten forms on different websites...I get the same error message after hitting the submit button...

"Failed to read or decode form configuration."
All of the forms have been working, now they are not.
I have re-published the sites, checked the permissions and no luck...

Here are a couple of the sites...

http://www.golfovmp.com/register.htm
And all of the order form pages at this site...http://www.shopovmp.org/

Any ideas?
