I created a new form today using a copy of an old form i use regularly and i now get the following error when i submit.
Failed to read or decode form configuration
The form resides on my server and not on S Drive.
Any ideas ??

UPDATE:
I found that for some reason my form.cfg.php file kept getting corrupted when i uploaded it to my server.
I cleared the cache on the server and the next upload worked perfectly.
Not sure what the gremlins were but all working now.
