I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Yes indeed.
Uninstall, reinstall, different user accounts (all admin)...about every variant you can think of.
It would be good to have a clean uninstall method.

Hi Eric
As I said, I've tried just about every variant including installing under the new account.
I haven't yet tried uninstalling from the account where WFB is functioning as it's the only working copy I have.
I can could clone my hard disk for testing purposes so I really would be interested if Coffee Cup have something that would completely uninstall all traces and let me start again.

Looks like Simon has a solution where CC doesn't:
I have just stumbled on solution. It is when you hide the Coffecup Software folder and all files and sub folders, that is created in the My Documents folder. If you want to hide the folder, just hide the folder and no sub folders or files.
Works perfectly now for me :-)
