My form works great in the sense that I get the results of someone filling in the short web form to my email address.

However, it does not return the confirmation text when you fill in the form online - it simply returns to a blank web form?

Am I doing something wrong?

Did you alter the confirmation or do a redirect?

no - I just wanted the standard - confirmation - so left it as it appeared as default.
