I just installed the updated Web Form Builder for Windows. When I go to add an email template for either the Confirmation Email or the Notifications Email, there are no templates in the dropdown. This is happening with new forms and previously made forms. I thought I'd try to find the email template code from a previously published form, but can't find it.. Is there a fix for this?

Hi Michelle,
Try reinstalling and make sure you pick the default location.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi Eric, thank you so much for the suggestion! I did take the software off my machine and reinstalled in the default location. It acted the same way, so I removed it again and added it specifically to my Coffeecup software folder under my username. Still no email templates.

I would open a support topic so the CC gurus can give you some pointers on restoring them. I think another user had the same issue.
