I was just about to ask that same question. This isn't a form builder issue, this sounds like an email client/webmail issue. Check your settings on your email client/webmail and be sure it's set to read it in HTML fully and that it's automatically applying the CSS rather than showing it. Not sure where to tell you to look, but I'm pretty sure it's in that situation there. Form builder works just fine with Outlook 2007 and I never see that at all, I only see the styled text of the actual email never the styles themselves. Same with Gmail (which is my main email account), also with Wikmail which I used to use.

I use a text based client at times, along with Horde webmail client, evolution and gmail. Where I can just for extra security and speed things up,I turn off displaying of HTML and images and will get things like that from many sites. Just something I have learned to live with... If it is something I want to see the HTML display, I turn it on for that message. --Mitch
