I am wondering in the "notitication message" at the line "from:", can it be an email from a person who filles out the form? In another the word, once someone fills out his/her email and it should belong there. I hope someone understand what I meant.
Thank you

That would be set in the "Reply-To".

I can't hear what I'm looking at.

the From: line you should just check the code label name of your email address field and put that in there like so:
[email]
That will automatically pick up the email address of the person sending the form. Then in the next line for Reply-To, use the dropdown and choose the same email field there. You can't type in that one so just choose it from the list.
Both the From: and the Reply-To: should say the same thing including the square brackets around the field name.
The fields are clarified as:
From: Tells you in your results email, what the email address is of the person that sent the form to you.
Reply-To: Adds the senders email address to the Reply field of the email itself (headers) so you can click Reply in your email program or webmail and it will automatically choose that email address to send your email to.
Hope that helps and good luck with it
