Anyone ever have this problem and if so.... do you have a workaround.

I have this form set up.... https://ignitepromotionalcoaching.com/b … _order.php and it is working fine except if the user filling out the form has an AOL email account that they fill in for the "Email Field"

The email never comes through and definitely does not go into the SPAM folder. The email account where the form info gets sent to is a gmail account but I have also tried having it go to an email account on my VPS but still it seems that by using an AOL address in the email field nothing gets sent. Now I am being told people who used a Verizon email address the same thing is happening (no form info being emailed..... or its being blocked)

I just tested with an aol email address and it bounced back to me as a server issue. Have you talked with your host?
Have you tried manually setting up the smtp?
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

I have my own VPS with a dedicated IP Address that the site and form is on. Never tried the manual SMTP setup though

Thanks.... for now I opted to just remove the field listed as "Email" from the form and replace it with a regular text field labeled "Email" rather than an Email Element.

The only downside is we will not be able to click on "Reply" if we want to email the user back but at least everything will be guaranteed to come through

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
