Hi,

I have a problem with one of my forms regarding the email address validation.

The form will not send because it says that the email address does not match when they are correct.

I have double checked all settings and reuploaded the form but the problem persists.

Help needed, please,

Hey Pete

I think you are having in issue with a known bug. Try this, delete the email address from your form and save it. Now add the email address back and then enable verify and publish. This should fix you up.

If it does not, open a support ticket and send us your .fb file and we can look at what is going on.
