Hi guys,
I've used the Web Form Builder to create an intake form.
Users need to fill in this form to request a user account for the network.
After filling in the form they choose "Submit" and they get redirected to the intranet page.
So far, so good, but the user, the manager and the helpdesk are not receiving an e-mail.
If I upload the form to my S-drive it works, but when I choose File > Export > Manual Server Export (My company demands me to host the website on an internal server.) it doesn't work.
Where do I need to enter my companies SMTP server information?
Thanks, Marc

anyone have luck with hosting forms on MediaTemple?
I'm having issues with my web form. Until recently, everything has worked fine since the last upload to my server months ago. However, now I'm not getting ANY form submittals. I don't use S-drive, but instead upload the files to my server via FTP. What could have changed that's preventing me from getting emails all of a sudden? The email account itself works fine but for some reason the form isn't sending to the address.

PS Website is hosted with Godaddy...user config file is setup as 'localhost'

Got this issue resolved. Had to contact Godaddy and switch a setting under MX Entry from "Local Mail Exchanger" to "Remote Mail Exchanger" since my email is hosted with Office 365 Exchange.
Once applied, i started getting web submittals again. Weird!

Hi All,
I would really appreciate some help.
Web form builder was working great until I change to office365. I have followed configuring the usr.cfg.php file to best of my ability, but still cannot get it to work. Any chance of verifying my copy
I have attached the use.cfg.php file ...appreciate your help
