Okay. I have been figuring some stuff out on my own, (this is the part where everyone should sarcastically applaud), and I am having fun. I really mean that :-)

I reuploaded the form to my S drive for you to try out. Something weird is happening. If you click on the radio button, Cassette, under Order Type then choose, Blank Cassettes then pretend that you are the customer who decide instead they would like to click on the, CD radio button under order type. Why does some of the cassette information remain? Does this mean that the customer has to to the, Select a Cassette Duplication Package, drop-down and change it to the default item?

Add another conditional to the Color and Quantity tied to the radio button choice.

I already have condition on each of those. The condition is that they appear when someone chooses, Blank Cassettes. Can I add more than one condition to the same item?

Yes, you can add another condition to one item as I stated above. Use the AND based on the radio button
