Download for original email templates...
Ok so I've messed it up twice, I officially now hate this new email template setup and want nothing more than to go back to the old setup that we had. Sweet and simple and way faster to edit than this is.
Anyways, I've messed up 2 of the original email templates, Can we please get a link to download the originial ones to put back in or do I have to reinstall the program in order to do that?

Reinstall the software and that will restore it. Process is very easy though Jo.

It might be "easy" but it's not convenient in any way shape or form. When I finish a form, it should be all contained exactly how it was when I saved it. When I open it, I should not be missing templates that I had when I saved it. It should not edit the files that were part of that form in any way when I work on another one.
Maybe a better way to explain what I mean is to give an example of what I think would work better. Just like a lot of other programs you choose your template, but in this program right now you don't just choose it (add it) you edit it directly into a shared file, and this should not be shared. It would be much better if it loaded the template into the form builder as a separate entity right from the start that isn't connected in any way to the original email templates files. That's where the issue is coming into play, it's not "just a template" it's the entire email that is contained within that template, and I'm sure I'm not the only one with this issue, probably just the only one voicing it as usual

Or make it possibe to save as only.
Ha en riktig god dag!

Should have posted back here that it worked to reinstall, but should also let you know that you do need to delete the applications folder for the Web Form Builder ( not everything just WFB ) in order for this to return to original files. Tried it without doing that the first time and it didn't work.
I was also able to find some of my saved files from a backup and restore them so I did get some of my stuff back, played with the files and learned how to put packages together for the .fb files within the email templates area so that was cool too. Means I can back them up and later put them back in.
Might I also suggest a separate (outside of the program's folder, maybe in our own documents so it doesn't get deleted with an uninstall or clean install) to store our custom stuff? That would also help not to have it overwriting the original stuff.
I'm thinking something like you choose which template you want to use in the dropdown of the email templates and you "apply" it rather than "use" it. Have it copy it to a new folder automatically for custom stuff and rename it for you with -copy at the end so you can rename it yoruself and so you don't ever have to worry about it overwriting the ones you did already.
Just an idea.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
