I have the question regarding playing within the last two years set as the form element. If they say yes, a text box is supposed to appear letting them know their league stats will be used. If they answer no, two drop down boxes are supposed to appear to allow them to choose their range of ability in two different games.

Hi Jeffrey,
Do the conditionals work locally on your pc when you preview the form?
You may want to try republishing your form. I'm seeing a js validation error that may be from a corrupt file.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hi Eric, and thanks for your help. It does not work in preview mode either. Are you referring to a corrupt file in the program itself? I also meant to add that I tried taking another form that I know works (but without display rules components), and adding them and it doesn't work in that form either.

Try reinstalling the program.

any chance any of the multitude of java updates from oracle could have caused this? because it happens on two computers. I will reinstall and give that a try...thank you!

It shouldn't. Try reinstall as the conditionals should work locally on preview.

Ok Eric, I have an update for you...I did the following...
Uninstalled 2.9 - Reinstalled 2.9 = same problem on two different computers
Uninstalled 2.9 - Installed 2.5 = Display Rules Worked on Preview on both computers
Uninstalled 2.5 - Installed 2.9 = Display Rules did not work again on both computers
Uninstalled 2.9 - installed 2.5 again = Display Rules worked again, published, uploaded and tested live version all the way including payment and it worked.

version 2.9 apparently breaks something that previously worked. unfortunately that means latest reCaptcha cannot be used. Can only use previous version available with 2.5. You may wanna pass this along to QA.

I would open a support topic and let the CC gurus take a look at your setup.
