Different appearance behaviour: max...

Setting "max errors" in "form properties" has only influence in the preview-mode, online always all errors are shown, even if "max errors" is defined by a smaller number as all the fields defined as "required".

Online, errors are always shown as a total list in a childwindow on top, in the preview mode the errors are shown near to the datafield, the amount of error messages is delimited by the number of "max. errors" (may be better for me!).
Why I can not limit the amount of errors in online mode?
How to show the same appearance in online mode as in preview mode?
    Any solution?

Thanks!

I would resave my form under a new name and publish that or manually delete the old files. Seems that your keeping the old ones.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

Thanks! I tried it out...
    1. Deleted my local DIR "xxx_exported"
    2. Deleted all the files on my server
    3. Started WFB
    4. Loaded the ".fb"
    5. Set "max. errors" to "2"
    6. Saved the .fb
    7. Generated the form via "Export/Manual Server Setup"
    8. Uploaded all the files
    9. Started the form by FF from the server
    10. Pressed the submit-button immediately
    11. All 8 errors are shown in the ChildWindow on top

Sorry, no change. :(
    12. Pressed the preview button in app (FF)
    13. Pressed the submit-button immediately
    14. Only 2 errors are shown near the fields

All the same behaviour as described before by the screenshots.
Any suggestions?

How are you saving the form results?
Can we have a link to the form?

I save it as CSV, works fine, when I have filled out the form completely..
(But does not save until all 8 errors are gone!)

How to send the www.address without making it public in the forum?

Here comes the link:
http://roosen-runge.de/anmeldung_lak/anmeldung_lak.html

Only the code <body onSubmit="window.parent.scroll(0,0);"> was changed, but has no influence on the online-error-behaviour.

I think it has to do with saving to csv. Can you share your fb file?

Yes, I can share. Best way to do it, is 1 MB?

You can zip the file and upload it to your server and post a download link to that file.
