I have tried everything i know in the last few days ..reading the online forums to try to get database to open:

Emails are working fine

form-results.csv is in storage folder.

When you created your mysql database, did you leave it blank? Or did you create the tables? You should leave it blank as the WFB will create the table the first time it is accessed, so just checking.
