I would dbl check you list in FB or delete the old one and place a new list element and reinsert you custom list to to make sure you have things correct.

I have already fixed it.. I am just letting you know about a flaw in your code builder portion.
This option 1, option 2 replaces what is in the txt files. I checked my txt file and it is all correct. When you "add" it in to WFB it looks correct.. it is not until you zip and import it to your site and extract it and view the html file or the form that you see the issue with the options not building correctly. This is a problem with the code builder portion of your software not my list. My list is now fine. I have fixed my problem but it happens with all new lists I have built and even the ones you have installed already.

Can you please tell me the exact steps you take to replicate the issue? I want to try it. If there's a bug then CC will want to fix it in the next update.
