Confirm email before PayPal complete?

Got WFB working on GoDaddy. Use PayPal to process payment of dues for non-profit organization. The email acknowledging the submitted data seems to go out before the user has processed his payment thru PayPal.

Had a client get an email saying he submitted his form, and then he did not complete the PayPal part of the process. Therefore, no PayPal email saying he paid. Confuses client and creates paperwork for administrator: have to email client and say he had not paid. Not a good start for a relationship.

Is there a way to code the WFB to NOT send out any email until PayPal payment confirmed comes back. Then both the confirm what you submitted email and PayPal confirming payment would be sent at same time.

I think that if you use the receipt email to state that confirmation of the Paypal transaction is being processed then craft the success page as you wish.

Failing that, do not have a response, let the Paypal success or failure notice do the job.
