click on notification email to open...
In WFB under the notification tab there is a prebuilt template called 'Submit Alert Smooth'.
At the bottom it says:
"In case you need to contact the person that submitted a form, drop him or her an email at the address submitted: [insert form builder variable for the email input field]"
The field for email is simply called 'email'. So I added [email]. When the notification email is received, the users email is there and looks correct. It is clickable, but when it is clicked and it opens up outlook/windows live/or whatever email client you are using, the email is not populated at the top.
Instead I get: [insert form builder variable] where the email address should be.
What am I missing here?
Looks like a bug as I can confirm that it doesn't insert the email variable into the theme. I also see as you select various variables to insert into the email they get pasted into the template name at the top of the notification editor. It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.
