Hi there,
Can I use Web Form Builder to create the forms which I can integrate with Card Save/World Pay merchant account that a client currently has to pay bills and make donations online?

Web form builder does not currently integrate that particular payment system (as far as I know), but it doesn't mean that you cannot use it. You can have use it to build the form, but you will need to write the form processing script so that it sends the data to the other processor.

Did you know that Web Form Builder can be used for both simple and complicated forms and that it's not limited to the default fonts and buttons? Take a look at a form we developed for WindowTinting.com.
