I've seen this type of issue after messing around with the php.ini. Took a while for the server to read it and do the update.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Been there done that. I was actually messing with the default time zone for a particular website. It took me two hours to figure it out, after writing a bunch of time scripts, that the server hadn't read the new ini file. :lol: Walked away and came back later and it was working. Obviously it wasn't as important to the server as it was to me.:lol:
