Whenever someone tries to type a phone number in this form:
http://www.agingtransitionsstlouis.com/ (scroll to bottom of page)
this error comes up: "please specify a valid phone number".

Can anyone tell why the phone fields won't work?

Under the Phone Number Properties, what did you set the option to (US, UK etc.)?

US.
Could some CSS or JS outside of the form cause a conflict?

Worked for me as well using the US format with no dashes.

That's interesting. I've always typed the dashes on other CCFB phone fields....
I'll make a note on the form.
Thanks for finding that – I never would have thought of it. :)

Mobile phones do not have a dash on the dial pad, so that is why the character is not allowed. It is also not valid in the HTML5 specs. If you want to allow the dash, use a Text Field instead.

So I need to go back through all the forms I've made and take the 'hints' off of them? ( 000-000-0000 ) :o
...not how I wanted to start a new year
