Cannot get form to show - yes another...
Hello,
First, I am not a programmer. I am using Xara and CoffeeCup Form builder for my site and I have everything the way I want it except for the form. I am getting an error when trying to view the form once uploaded.
Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/data/21/3/100/21/3100021/user/3454626/htdocs/Contact Us Form/fbapp/php/config.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/services/vux/lib/php') in /data/21/3/100/21/3100021/user/3454626/htdocs/Contact Us Form.php on line 6
Here is the code generated by CoffeeCup:
<script type="text/javascript">document.write(unescape("%3Ciframe id=\"fb_iframe\" src=\"Contact%2520Us%2520Form.php" + window.location.search + "\" width=\"100%\" height=\"1028\"allowtransparency=\"true\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\"%3E<a href=\"Contact%2520Us%2520Form.php\" title=\"Contact%2520Us%2520Form\">Check out my CoffeeCup Form</a>%3C/iframe%3E"));</script>
<noscript>
<iframe width="100%" height="1028" style="border:none; background:transparent; overflow:hidden;"
id="fb_iframe" src="Contact%20Us%20Form/Contact%20Us%20Form.html">
<a href="Contact%20Us%20Form.php" title="Contact%20Us%20Form">Check
out my CoffeeCup Form</a>
</iframe>
</noscript>
I am putting the code into a placeholder on the webpage and inserting the code into the body of the page.
I am not sure what this means or how to fix it.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Russ

I figured out my problem by continuing to read through the message board. I uploaded the exported folder instead of its contents. I also did not register for the captcha keys....
All seems to be working now.

First, I have also used Xara and WFB works well with it so I think we can fix this.
One thing I noticed, I think, from your code is that there are spaces in the file name' Contact Us'. Rename your files without spaces. These almost always work in preview but have problems when uploaded to a server.
Next, do you have a link to the form on the server?
The only thing I can think of is that either the files were uploaded to the wrong directory, or not all of them were uploaded. Did you publish the form using WFB or did you FTP them to the server using an FTP utility?
