I just installed the new version of Web Builder (2.3 Build 5217) and I've created a form but I cannot change the autofocus. It always defaults to the "phone number" section of the form. If I change it (to anything) in the form options tab and save it, close the file and then reopen, it is back to phone number.

Any ideas?

In fact I just noticed that even though the set autofocus is phone number the cursor is defaulting to the "email" box.

This might be it...As you create your fields on the form they are numbered. ie...name becomes name1, email becomes email2, address becomes address3, and so forth. The number is the order the boxes will follow when filling out your form. Go back in and check the numbers. Make sure the field you want to autofocus on first is 1.

GS - Thank you for the suggestion, I changed all the box names to be custom so that should have not been an issue.

Eric - I updated the forms so that the email is the second box in the form and now the form no longer errors at the opening of the page. - Which is probably what you are seeing at this point.

With that said, it still doesn't fix the program issue, which is that I cannot change the selected Autofocus item.

What I have found is that whatever the last box (no matter when it was created) in the form becomes the selected Autofocus item in the drop down menu under the Form Options tab.

So before the email box was last and that was what was selected in the drop down menu of Autofocus. If I move the email up and move the "Job Title" box to the bottom of the form, Job Title is now the selected item in the drop down menu.

Or if I move the name box down to the bottom the Autofocus is now "Name", etc...

Thoughts?

Redo the form from scratch. I know I have seen the auto focus change but have always been able to change it back to the correct one.

I tried recreating a new/different form with new text boxes and I have the same issue. For now I can work around it. Let me know if you have any other suggestions.

I have the same problem. AUTOFOCUS has decided to select the [AdditionalInfo] field and will not let me change it...

BUT, the first field selected when the form loads is the [ClientName] field at the top of the form...What's wrong with the Autofocus function?
