My Form isn't really a form so much as series of questions that provide a price quote at the end. I actually don't need it to be a traditional form with a submit button.

We're I to post it on my site with the code, I could just eliminate the submit button. But I'm having problem with getting this form to work on my site (the hidden elements are all show right from the beginning).

So if I do the "publish" thing and then use the code from the "add your form to your site"... the form comes up correctly, but I don't have an option to remove the submit button. Anyone have ideas on how do this or if it's even possible?

Since your hosted on Coffeecup your not going to be able to hack the needed html and publish to S-Drive directly, so you could just publish the form.html after alteration and the needed js files for the conditionals through direct ftp, VSD, or the HTML Editor.
