When I try to add an email address to the "to" field in auto-response, there is nothing to choose from. The same in the notification part, there is no email address to select in the "reply-to" field. Thanks

That means you don't have an Email Address Element on your form or that the Email Address Element is part of a conditional rule and is hidden.
