Auto Response Sending 2 Responses

I have a form that is set up to send an auto-response message to the email address entered into the form. This works, but it is also sending the same auto response message to the person in the "From" field. The same person receives the "notification message", so there is no need for the "auto-response message" to also go to this person. If there is a way to fix this, I am overlooking it.

I'm attaching a screen shot of the email notices. The email addresses that the form submits to are not mine, so I changed them on the screenshot for the privacy of my clients.

In this case, siteowner1@domain.com is the person receiving both the notification message as well as the auto-response message. This of course is happening even though the email address entered into the email form field is something completely different. By the way, it does submit correctly to the email address in the form field as well.

When you are filling out the form on the webpage are you using a different email address? I know when I am testing my forms I use my email address which is of course the same as whats in the [email] field. Do you have a link to this form? I will give it a quick test to see what your talking about.
