Hi guys,

Having some issues.

I'm wanting to set up an auto response once people submit the form.
Got my from in and my message.

But To: - only comes up with [0]

This really has to link to the email address they enter - but can't seem to find out how to pick it up - any hints?

Thanks guys.

Hiya Adam

When you are trying to add the To email it is a dropdown menu and as long as you have added a proper email field (make sure it isn't a text box) then that dropdown will reflect the name you gave that email field. Choose that and you will be good to go. You should always name your elements for what they are so that they show up correctly in the various dropdown menus they can be used for so you will recognize them.

Usually the program automatically names that field for you with just the word "email" with a number after it. If that isn't what is showing up in that dropdown menu then you have renamed it or used the wrong type of element for the email field OR you have hidden the email field which cannot be done if you want to reply to the users.

Hi there,

It is a proper e-mail field in there.

It's is still not bringing up the e-mail field to bring up - just [0]

See screenshots attached.

Hi guys,

I've had to start the form from scratch and re-install the program for it to pick it up.

Something really buggy on the mac version for some reason - no matter how many newies I'd create wouldn't show up.

Here's a link to the old .FB that wouldn't budge.

Yeah, this form is somehow corrupted. What I think happened was when you saved, something did not get completely written to the file and that is what corrupted it. About the only way to fix that is what you did by re-creating the form.

With OS X, deleting the app would not have any impact on this. If you truly want to delete things, you also have to go into ~/Library/Application Support and remove the CoffeeCup Software folder.

Sorry for the troubles.
