Authorize.net Plus MySQL - Post ID...

The form on this page is supposed to write the data to MySQL and let the user check out via Authorize.net. After clicking submit, it returns this error:

SQLSTATE[HY000] [2003] Can't connect to MySQL server on '127.0.0.1' (111)

However, I logged into the db and found that it created the tables and wrote the data to the database every time the form was submitted.

Any ideas about why and how to fix it?

This is a known issue and will be addressed later this year in an update. You will just have to disable MySQL if you want to use payments. An alternative would be to use CSV logging instead.
