I am trying to test the form on S-Drive but I get an error that says "utilitie(next character looks like an "n".inc.php": the destination resource does not exist. it is supposed to say "utilities".

besides that, I have completely rebuilt my form, and I STILL cannot get results to come through. I heard about the hotmail problems so I have no results going to those addresses.

Also I get no link to paypal even though I have payments enables and all the info put in to FB on the payment page.

What version/build are you using? You should be on version 2.9 build 5480. If you are not on that build, upgrade first and then publish your form and see if that helps with both issues.

Some updates and new wrinkles...

After much digging it turned out someone put malicious code in a folder on our site which caused my domain to be blacklilsted. Found file, deleted it, seems to be off the blacklist now.

However, I had two registrations a week ago come through, then one that did not last week. I understand that the software is supposed to send the form, even if a payment isn't processed. But it would appear a person still has to hit the Paypal button to get the form to send. Hitting submit and going no further will not work. Not sure if that is by design or not, but I thought it would be worth mentioning.

Spent two hours with GoDaddy, and they claim they see no errors, and no reason why the forms would not go through. Today I have sent several forms, and it seems I need to make sure the Paypal button is hit regardless if a person is going to pay or not to get the registration form to go through.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
