All forms (in S Drive) failing - Post...
We've tested a number of our forms (which we have saved and work entirely through the S Drive) - they all come up with the error message
"Your form could not be submitted for the following reasons: Failed to store the data"
I saw previously on the forum people have had this when they're connecting to their own SQL databases, but we're only using S Drive, so we cannot do the kind of fix's that were suggested before.

Make sure you have all the options unchecked on the "Storing Results" tab.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

We're only using the lite version, so we can't tick those boxes even if wanted to
Some of these forms have been working for well over a year, so I wouldn't have thought it would be anything in the form creation that would be causing it.

Do you have the latest version?

Apparently it's more of a problem with 2.5 than 2.4 - it's alright now, it got sorted through the support room - think something just got kicked until it worked
