I am using Coffee Cup Web Form Builder v.2.4. I have built a form for an organization who is now asking for a CC (Carbon Copy) input field where the user can enter the email address of the CC recipient. I know it can be done with a pre-defined list, but I have been unable to find where I can add the CC field where the user inputs an email address.
Can this be done, and if so, how.

There is no option in Form Builder for a user defined CC. If you want a feature like that, you would have to customize the scripts after export.
