Check the permissions on the host for that directory.:)
I can't hear what I'm looking at.
It's easy to overlook something you're not looking for.

Hey Eric - Are the permissions something that WebForm builder creates when it makes the directory?

I threw a plain jane index.html in the directory

http://www.waypointcc.me/online_giving/ … index.html

and when I type it into my browser I see your correct....

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /online_giving/storage/csv/index.html on this server.

But looking in the sharing and security on the server (W3K web edition) - I do not see any difference between this folder and a regular folder.

Usually you can set the permissions on your c-panel or through a ftp client.
