I am only a novice at these form. However, I have never had an error before. The error comes up after you press "SUBMIT" with a red box with the following inside:
Your form could not be submitted for the following reason(s):
Warning: [ err 2/line 391/config.cls.php] session_start() [<a href='function.session-start'>function.session-start</a>]: open(/tmp/sess_vqp94pki9i3vhpv2t6h1vtnsm5, O_RDWR) failed: No such file or directory (2)

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

PHP Sessions are disabled on your server. Have your hosting provider enable them and your form will start working.

Thank you for your help. The hosting provider says the PHP are enabled. However, no joy.

They are still disabled. Use that link I provided and it shows that they are not enabled.
