Hi,
First a little background so you know where we are coming from.
Over the last year we have been building a website for an organization we belong to.
We have built our own sites prior to this without much problem but this one required us to learn php and mysql.
Before this I never knew what a "backend was (be nice)" We also built a custom CMS for the Admin. editing.

We are at the end so we thought until we came to building the "Contact us" page.
I have no problem building the database table but the forms is what I have questions about.

1. There will be 14 contacts so am I correct in assuming that there will need 14 Forms?

2. The site will be hosted by Hostgator (their choice not ours) so the files will be uploaded there.

3. Should we purchase Web Form Builder the software will be downloaded to our computer which means if the Officers and Directors changes we will be the ones who have to make the changes. Is this correct?

4. Our biggest concern is the security of the email addresses. We have built into the log page much security hash password and salt but am not sure how secure Web Form Builder will be. We would be hiding the email addresses.

5. When a reply is to be sent from the original sender would the persons real email address show up?

Thanks,
Steven
