I too downloaded the calendar many months ago and have the same issue. And have it on my website

Here's the link to it www.chenesebean.com/calendar

And yes when it first pops up the dates I have blocked out are WRONG, but hitting the F5 keys corrects it. (which I think is too much work)

From reading the boards on this site this problem has been ongoing on hasn't been fixed.

Ron,

You may want to click on profile and change your forum name to something other than your email address. It may help keep the spam you get down.

Have you tried clearing your cache? Most browsers store a lot of information and reload it when you visit or refresh the page. Unless you specifically tell the browser to reload the flash, it may just show what it has.

Hi Bill,
Hey, you were right... I just figured out how to clear Google Chrome's cache. I love this browser!

Now it's correct.

www.skylineviewreno.com is the website I did to help out the HOA I live in... Still a work in progress site...

keep smiling,
Ron

I came up with a workaround that I've implemented that fixes the problem. Essentially, I have 2 calendar html pages. When you click on the calendar link (calendar.html) the first page loads (sometimes with corrupted data) but the first page immediately redirects to calendar2.html which is identical to calendar.html without the redirect meta tag. This simulates a single refresh.

Meta tag for redirect in calendar.html:

<meta http-equiv="refresh" content="1;url=http://www.thebigwheelsband.com/calendar2.html">

You can see this in action at:

thebigwheelsband.com/calendar.html

That seems to work, but it is not ideal. The software should display the calendar correctly.

So from what I gather, the Web Calendar will still display incorrectly at times unless it is refreshed? Any progress on a solution...hate to keep on using Google Calendar on my page.

I downloaded the latest version yesterday, (Aug 25, 2009). Keep in mind this version was released in March of 2008. I called and reported the data refresh as soon as I saw it occuring in my testing of ftp data to server and then change data to see the changes reflected to Calendar. CoffeeCup offers the page refresh issue......... "They are working hard to fix the issue" SINCE MARCH OF 2008!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????? Go and get Calendar Pad here http://www.calendarpad.com/ ya it is a bit more expensive.......... BUT IT WORKS..............

My calendar does the same thing, I also put an instruction on the page to refresh if not displaying properly.

Have something to add? We’d love to hear it!
