I must be the only one who doesn't know how to do this. I uploaded my calendar with the trial version and of course it displays the coffee cup banner to purchase. I have now purchased it and uploaded a change but the banner is still there. I am html illiterate. The support pages say I can remove it but not how.

Thanks,
Stephanie

Hi
I would suggest you remove the tral version from your system and download the latest version. As you have purchased the product it should load onto your system as a registered version without the CC banner.

I have the same issue. I have removed the trail version, removed the folder that was left in program files, installed the new version, re done the file from scratch and I still get that yellow banner. So annoying, if I cannot get it removed I will be asking for my money back. Any suggestions please.

Not sure what is going wrong there. If you load a registered version you have ;paid for the yellow bbanner should go
I suggest put a support ticket in with CC..
Click on get support and ask a question. CC should be able to sortthis out

There are two possibilities:

1. The Flash object is still in your cache. Delete your browser cache and see if that helps.
2. The files created in the registered version did not upload correctly. Manually delete the files on your server and then go to your Website and do a hard refresh to clear things out. Now upload again.
