Please don't call me an ageing cynic or brown nose, but the recent exchanges between CC reps and some possble spammers and in particular between the very honest Mr Bruce Lane and the CC Ambassadors, customers and CC VPs can only be described as exemplorary customer service.

However frustrating and akward some people can be, CC's response was always articulate, intellectually reasoned, courteous, patient and sound.

I've been researching CC for some time but not having a single technological gene in my body and being a Libran to boot, I've spent my time balancing this and weighing up that.. In the end, for me it's come down to customer service and support..

I shall be buying the whole shebang, even though I have'nt a clue what 90% of the progs do. (Yet!).

I'm impressed Expect my order within days.
