Most Windows 10 issues can be solved just by rebooting and waiting for the machine to reset itself, this can sometimes take quite a long time. See also Ajay’s answer. If you still have problems, you can phone Microsoft, they will ask yo some personal questions and ask you to register your machine then they will sort out your problem either on the phone or send a file.

Thanks, but no thanks. I have had enough of those phone calls from Microsoft (calling from America to Norway(!), and the person can hardly speak proper English) saying my machine is in danger. If I need assistance, I'll deal with someone I trust.
