I am now having to work on basis that if customers do not confirm getting their order, or send me any feedback, that they must be happy (on basis that when people are not they usually complain bitterly)
Over past 4 years, i think appx 20% of customers have bothered to contact me after i have posted out their order and 100% of them have basically stated the product was way above their expectations, I have not had a complaint yet.
I am wondering if others are having a similar experience
I am also thinking that now CC have this wonderful pro version, if soon it will have an easily filled in feedback option for clients, preferably displayed on product pages or with a link back to view the product purchased
I think it is possible that this would promote the giving feedback idea, rather than the present situation, as they would view previous clients feedback on a product prior to ordering themselves, and hopefully will then follow suit when happy with their own order.
