I purchased a CoffeeCup bundle of 22 programs. It stated that the software will always be here for me to download. (Was extra charge for that service) And now the worst thing happened. I lost my backup drives. Now I can only download 6 programs. Yes I know some of them have been discontinued, but I paid extra so that I can download them from here. Can someone please tell me how I can get that software back?

You never paid "extra" to have them here Adriaan. That has always been a courtesy that we have provided free of charge. It was never any guarantee. Looking at your account though, your last purchase was in 2005 (ouch!) and a lot of things have been discontinued since then and anything discontinued is no longer available on our website.

This is where personal backups are a good thing to have.

Adrian, If you scroll down on the forums pg to near the bottom, many of the discontinued applications are available for free download there.
