Does anyone know which forum platform is this forum we are typing on and if we can add to our site.

The forum is some in-house made one, and a lot of users have asked if they can make it available for others to use. Hasn't happened yet, though.

If you're looking for a good forum that's fairly easy to use and has a good setup for user accounts etc. SMF Forums is a pretty good one. One of the better ones out there actually. You can find it at:
http://www.simplemachines.org/

If you have access to a CPanel on your server, that is usually one of the options in the software they provide so you might be able to install it right in your CPanel. :)
