I just read that Google has a project launched called "Accelerated Mobile Pages" AMP HTML for faster mobile loading?? How does this effect us with RSD -RBS -RFF. Not a programmer so just wondering if now sites will be even lower on the search at Google unless they have this as HTML?????

It's more of a format or spec for pages. You make your pages meet the spec for AMP which will insure fast loading for pretty much any mobile uses. It looks like a few chunks of code are required for google to check your page for meeting the min requirements.
