Dear Karl,
One of the nice things about my favorite freeware CMS, MODx, is that its templating system allows dropping in an already existing HTML page. I've used the CC Editor's supplied layouts to make a few such pages. Then I drop them into MODx, substitute MODx tags for the Greeking body text and navigation items, and I'm off to the races.
