yep that's the problem with basic stat counters, unless they have the ability to track IP's and such too. Otherwise if people do like Eric says, it will register that as a visit, click etc. each time and not give you accurate results.

I'm just trying to show you that if you take a generic approach you'll get generic results. If you don't care about true numbers on your download then keep it the way you have it.
