I can download and install the program on my laptop with Vista.
When i close the program and try to open it again it fails..
I have to download it again en sart
Can you help?

I do believe the choices are:
1) Right-click on the icon that launces VSD and choose Run as Administrator.
Even if your user account is an Administrator, it still won't Run As Administrator on its own (don't ask me why).
2) Disable User Account Control (UAC), which is the nagging prompts for permission to do most things in Vista. Disabling UAC will cause VSD to no longer crash at startup (and you won't need to do the Right-Click option).
Steps for several methods of disabling UAC are here
