When can I find information about how to create my own these?
For what program?

Why does it take so many programs just to make a site? I have a very large hand-coded ecommerce web site, and to do the same it will take several programs. And why are the themes program specific? I would have to buy a theme for shopping cart, VSD and editor just to maintain design continuity. If these programs work with each other, why can't I use just one theme?!?
Well, I wonder how many programs it took to give your PC the ability to post your message. How long would it take to get a message posted if you had to call the forum? The programs made it a lot easier. Sure you can hand code a site but in today's quick flow of information people need results fast. Most of the users of these programs are smart enough to learn coding but it comes down to time availability. I can spend 2 months being trained how to do limited coding or spend a few $'s and have a site up in minutes. As far as one theme working across all the programs I can see why this doesn't work because the page structure for the shopping cart and a regular web page are completely different. The cart has enough div to part the sea and VSD has very few. It would be impossible to make one theme work across all those div and have it look right. Now a theme package would be a great idea! All the themes that work with each other for each program at one price.

I can't hear what I'm looking at.
