I once drove almost an hour to see a client who claimed his site (which I created in VSD) was "all screwed up" and the text was "all jumbled". It looked fine on my end so I had to see it on his computer to find out what was wrong. He has his screen zoomed out to 75%, so naturally, all the text was out of place!
