Today marks the 67th anniversary of D-Day. And I'm quite dis-heartened that I've seen or heard nothing about this.

So this is my way of showing my deep gratitude to those brave souls who sacrificed whats most dear to them, to allow us to live free!

Yes. The greatest generation is almost gone. Today, the national news services have turned into a three ringed political circus, instead of reporting the news. It's a shame.

The media doesn't report the news anymore because their to busy creating it. Were very fortunate to have had such a generation put their country ahead of themselves. We would not be having this conversation if they didn't.
I can't hear what I'm looking at.

I'd love to say I'm part of that generation. But being only 21, regretfully I can't. My generation is the one of scaremongering to sell news that has been blown out of proportion :(

The few who watch the news still now-a-days have a majority within them of those who have it in their mind to make a big deal out of the lesser things and ignore the bigger things The news centers are just publishing what sells...

The History channel always remembers D-Day: http://www.history.com/ ;)
Aren't you a little short for a Storm Trooper?
