 I'd heard there were websites way back in the early '90s. Now I've actually seen one from then! :o

That was a different time. Just think what people will be saying about our current sites in 20 years.

What do you think websites, or the internet, will be like 20 years from now? Will there be an internet at all, or will it completely have been taken over by spammers?

We just need to out smart them. I get cold text messages from people and I have a special text message tucked away on my phone that says Lots of text.Lots of text. This message is repeated a bunch of times and takes about 30 seconds to load and about another 30 to send. It will keep the person on the other end busy for the day. My son asked me to send it to him and it took 8 hours for him to get it all. He would get messages from other people but most of the time they arrived 21/2 hours after the person actually sent it.

Reminds me of my husband, who used to get spam fax messages, and of course at the weirdest times of day (or night, rather). In the end he took some three pages of paper, glued them together lengthwise so that thery formed a circle, and then he sent this 'message' back to the spammers. Might have taken them a while to understand that their fax paper was being used up.
