You may want to click on profile and change your forum name to something other than your email address. That may help keep your spam down.

If you don't see your CoffeeCup software when you login, you need to contact CoffeeCup directly. Just return to http://www.coffeecup.com/help/ and login then look down the list to the Contact link and you can leave them and email.

After you leave the email, check back to the link just below the contact link where you will find their response. CoffeeCup will email the response to you, but from past experience, I can tell you that the Comcast spam filters will stop their email, so be sure to check back for their response.
